      Wonderful technology

      Like the infrared + red light features, but please don't ignore women with shorter hair. This curling iron says it's 1 1/4 " but it is really much larger. Otherwise it's a good tool and I plan on trying more Ya-Man products.

      Terrible customer service

      No support and ignored emails when needng help with returning an item. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

      Hopeful for a good Travel Hair styling tool

      This styling tool is definitely compact and perfect for travel. However, because it is a rechargeable device, you have to keep it in your carry-on bag in flight. The downside is that the charge doesn't last very long for you to complete your hairstyling. There is also a learning curve on how to use it well to get the look you want. At TSA checkpoints, it was almost confiscated because of the lithium rechargeable battery. I had to remove the battery before TSA allowed me to take it with me. A tool that I was hoping would be great for travel was more of a hassle than it was useful to have.

      Amazing for my dry fine wavy hair

      I tried to use hair oils from Kersase and other exoensive European brands and it never worked. My hair it dry and fine and seems not to absorb the oils and get greasy and weighted down. This is very light almost liquidy like product that keeps my hair beautiful and alive. Very unique product.
